We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 13:00 GMT on the same working day. All orders placed via our US store ship from within the US, to ensure a fairer shipping price, and faster service.

Shipped on a 1-2 working day tracked delivery service.

ORDERING FROM OUR UK/ROTW STORE

Orders from our UK/ROTW website give you access to a larger range of items and can still ship to the United States from our UK warehouse. All international orders are delivered with all customs duties and fees paid. There should be no extra fees to pay when the item is delivered to you.

US CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Orders below the value of $800 will not incur any import customs or duties fees to the USA.

At very busy times e.g. November/December dispatch times may take slightly longer and we will always endeavor to display this information in visible locations on our store. We will always dispatch your order within 2 working days if all items are in stock, providing your order does not contain any pre-order items.
