ORDERING FROM OUR AMAZON STORE

When looking to place an order on our website, you may see a 'Buy With Amazon' button. These items can be ordered from our Amazon US store and shipped domestically, and also are eligible for FREE shipping for Amazon Prime members. Sadly, not all items are available directly from our Amazon store. These can be purchased from our online store, but will be shipped from the UK.

ORDERING FROM OUR UK/ROTW STORE

Orders from our online website give you access to a larger range of items and can still ship to the United States from our UK warehouse. All international orders are delivered with all customs duties and fees paid. There should be no extra fees to pay when the item is delivered to you.

SHIPPING SERVICE & RATES

We shipped internationally with UPS on a 3-5 working day tracked delivery service. The price quoted at checkout is provided directly by UPS, and ensures a reliable, fast, and tracked service.

WHY IS MY SHIPPING COST SO HIGH?

International shipping is not cheap, and we use only services which we know and trust to get your items to you, where your orders are tracked from leaving our warehouse to arriving in your home.

Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout to give you access to the best choice of rates at any given time.

US CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Orders below the value of $800 will not incur any import customs or duties fees to the USA. If you're order exceeds this threshold, please get in touch prior to placing your order as there may be delays and surcharges.

At very busy times e.g. November/December dispatch times may take slightly longer and we will always endeavor to display this information in visible locations on our store. We will always dispatch your order within 2 working days if all items are in stock, providing your order does not contain any pre-order items.
