Can I Change My Order?Updated 2 years ago

Our warehouse team are super efficient and it is our aim to dispatch your orders as soon as possible, and so it is sometimes not possible to change an order once it has been placed. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make your request a reality.



To request a change to your order, please email [email protected] or use the livechat, and please quote your order number (e.g. #99288) and name so that we can help you as quickly as possible.



Once your order has been dispatched and is with the carrier, we will not be able to amend or change the order, but you need to return any unwanted items once they arrive with you or place a new order for anything you forgot to add. Please see our returns section for more details.
